The workshop is total 7 hours spread over two evenings. 40 days self-practice is mandatory after attending the workshop to experience the transformative powers of this powerful technique. 5 weekly follow up sessions will be offered free of cost to all participants during those 40 days. We recommend full attendance for these sessions. Certificate of Completion will be issued after 40 days.

For Meditation to be effective the stomach should ideally be empty. The workshop is suitable for all age groups, however pregnant women should avoid attending as few movements may not be suitable for them.
